People with means in socialized medicine countries manage to survive predictably inept government medical care by avoiding the stuff. People without means die.

Little surprise then that socialist madman and full-time maniac Hugo Chavez has suffered kidney failure via government health care, and is now bugging out to a private hospital.

This may be the only instance where I would argue against private healthcare. It has the unfortunate side effect of keeping locos like Hugo alive.
