		<description>I fear you may be right, Mushroom.  Insurers have been pretty slick in generating revenue through legislative malfeasance.  Reducing risk is the next logical profit maximization move.</description>

		<description>Thanks, Guy.  That is some much needed exposure of the on-going fraud that is our current federal government.  

My guess is that the &quot;public option&quot; would have the backing of insurance companies as a place to dump the high-risk, high-expense users of medical services.</description>
