FTC Bait

I am now accepting free samples or cash to discuss any product or service on this blog. Some conditions apply:
* I will not disclose that the products or cash were given to me
* You agree to be party to a lawsuit against the FTC
In a brazen attempt to regulate every aspect of human existence, soulless emotional eunuchs in the Federal Trade Kommission have deigned to dictate that – at the penalty of law – bloggers must disclose if and when they write about products given to them. Aside from the self-evident insanity of micromanaging personal communications (and as long as this or any other blog is not under corporate governance, it contains ‘personal’ communications) such edicts from unelected imbeciles are plainly overreaching and unconstitutional.
Thus it is necessary to crotch kick the FTC in their legal department.
I’ll invest time lining-up the typical libertarian litigation societies (IJ, PLF, etc.). All I need is a willing executive of a corporation to send me a product or a payment, a copy of this blog entry with “I agree” and his/her signature scribbled on it. Upon receiving such I’ll unsheathe my pen and point it directly at Richard Cleland’s heart … providing the miniscule thing can be found.
